Through various talks and exchange with girls and women, we have realised that tampons are something that many dread. Especially for girls, it can seem frightful. It doesn’t have to be like that though…we’ve created a simple step-by-step to support you in the process.

Mondays’ tampons are made of 100% organic cotton and contain zero plastic, zero chemicals, no bleach, dyes, nor pesticides. Due to their natural composition, an applicator is necessary to keep it together and maintain the high quality of the product. We are still in the process of developing a 100% plastic-free solution for digital tampons (the name given to the products without applicators).

It is essential to mention that, before inserting Mondays’ tampons, you first have to ‘unlock’ them. Not sure with what we mean..? Have a look at the step-by-step process below, and everything will make sense 😉

Tampons are great for sports and should not be left in more than 8 hours. At Mondays, we have two absorbencies (described with drops), regular or super. Start with the regulars and feel if and when the super is needed. Only use the products when you are menstruating and don’t forget to read the safety leaflet that comes with it.

Are there still some questions left? Don’t hesitate to contact us! We’re here to support you.
